加快人力资源服务业发展 助力中原经济区建设——来自我国部分经济发达地区的经验

摘　　要：作为现代服务业重要组成部分的人力资源服务业,具有高科技含量、高产业附加值、高成长性的特点,对其他产业也具有较强的带动性和支持功能。北京上海广东等经济发达地区在推进人力资源服务业的发展方面,积累了一定的经验。正值中原经济区推进建设之际,通过这些经济发达地区人力资源服务业发展情况和做法的分析,可为中原经济区人力资源服务业的发展提供一些启示,从而助力中原经济区建设。The human resource service industry,as an important part of modern service industry,with high-tech content,high value-add-ed,high growth,has great contribution and the strong support functions to other industries as well.Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and other e-conomically developed areas have accumulated much experience in terms of the development of promoting human resources services industry.At the occasion of the construction of the Central Plains Economic Region （CPER）,the analysis of human resource service industry in the economic developed area’s practice can provide some enlightenment for the CPER’s development of human resources service industry,thus boosting the construction of the CPER.
