摘　　要：信息化是当今世界经济和社会发展的大趋势,信息技术是学生学习、工作和生活不可缺少的工具。如何在中小学中真正实现信息技术教育,是一个值得研究的问题。针对中小学信息技术教育硬件设施资源紧缺、课程安排与教材体系不完善、教师信息技术能力欠缺、信息技术与其他课程缺乏有效的整合等问题,提出一些可行的对策和建议。Informationization is the trend of development of economic and social, information technology is the indispensable tool in learning, work- ing and life. How to achieve IT education in primary and secondary- schools is a problem worthy of study. For the present situation and existing problems about primary and secondary IT education such as hardware shortage, curriculum and teaching system is imperfect, teachers＂ lack of IT capability, IT and other curriculums without effective integration etc., provides some feasible countermeasures and suggestions.
