摘　　要：沙元炳是清末民初的实业家、教育家,在他的《志颐堂诗文集》824首诗歌中,悼亡诗尤其引人注目,不仅情致幽婉,而且发展了韦应物悼亡诗意象营造的丰富与细腻,形成柔婉幽远的独特风格,而这种风格与沙元炳所处时代和经历有着莫大关系。Sha Yuanbing is an industrialist, educator in Qing Dynasty, in his ＂ Zhi Yi Tang poetry col- lection＂ 824 poems, memorial poems for his lovers especially attract reader＇ s attention, not only taste exqui- site, but also the development of Webster＇ s imagery to create rich and delicate, Formed a unique style of gentle and quiet far, and this style and Sha Yuanbing＇ s age and experience have a great relationship.
