高职园艺技术专业人才培养方案及课程设置研究

摘　　要：高职园艺技术专业是农业院校的主干专业之一,国内现有高职园艺技术专业人才培养方案及课程设置普遍存在着课程门类太多,专业特色不明显;综合实训环节相对薄弱以及创新创业机制平台缺乏等问题,应采取根据实际情况确立园艺专业的培养目标,建立学科特色;按模块设立课程,推进课程综合化,重点抓好核心课程和综合素质课程建设;重视实践教学,培养学生的就业与创业能力等措施进行改革,才能使高职园艺技术更好地实现人才培养目标,为社会培养更多技能型人才。Vocational horticulture profession is one of the main professions in agricultural colleges.There are some problems on training program and curriculum system of agricultural vocational schools,for example,the over wide of technology curriculum course categories,the unclearness of profession feature,the weak training segment and the lack of mechanisms for innovation and entrepreneurship platform.This paper puts forward some suggestions on school gardening techniques comprehensive reform program and curriculum system：that are establishing aprofessional training objectives based on the actual situation,making clear the subject characteristics,offering courses according to modules to promote curriculum integration,which focus on the core curriculum and integrated curriculum construction quality as well as emphasizing practice teaching and students’ employment and entrepreneurship.These measures can help vocational horticultural techniques to achieve training objectives,and to train more skilled personnel for the society.
