摘　　要：目的:探讨CIP2A的表达率与患者预后的关系。方法:收集245例临床预后资料完整的大肠癌的标本,采用免疫组化染色CIP2A多克隆抗体,观察CIP2A表达情况。采用字2和Spearman等级相关检验的统计方法研究结大肠癌表达率与临床病理特征的关系。生存数据采用Kaplan-Meier法分析并绘制生存曲线,应用Log-rank test检验差异性。结果:245例大肠癌组织中CIP2A表达阳性的有152例。CIP2A表达水平与性别、年龄、肿瘤分化程度、肿瘤部位及肿瘤大小无明显相关性(P>0.05);CIP2A的表达与大肠癌TNM分期直接相关(P<0.05)。CIP2A表达与TNM分期有Spearman相关(P<0.05)。CIP2A高表达者的生存曲线较低表达组低;且5年明显低于低表达组,差异有统计学意义(字2=20.624,P=0.000)。结论:本研究显示CIP2A可能是大癌预后的预测指标,有可作为临床医师判断大肠癌患者预后预测指标。Objective：To investigate the expression of CIP2A in colorectal cancer as well as their effects on the prognosis of patients.Method：CIP2A monoclonal antibody was detected by immunohistochemical SP method in 245 cases of colorectal cancer.Statistical methods concluded χ2, Spearman, and Kaplan-Meier.Result：Immunohistochemical analysis showed that detectable CIP2A expression was found in 152 of 245 colorectal cancer cases. There was no significant correlation between the expression level of CIP2A with gender,age,tumor differentiation,tumor site and tumor size （P〉0.05）. The expression of CIP2A was strongly correlated with the TNM stage of patients with CRC（P〈0.05）.The results showed a spearman correlation of CIP2A to TNM stage（P〈0.05）. Survival curves of CIP2A high expression was lower than low expression;and 5 years survival rate was significantly lower than the low expression,the difference was statistically significant（χ2=20.624,P=0.000）.Conclusion：These results suggest that elevated expression of CIP2A protein is a frequent event during the progression of colorectal cancer.CIP2A might be not an efficient potential prognostic marker for patients with colorectal cancer.
