宫颈癌患者放射治疗后生存质量影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解宫颈癌放疗后患者的生存质量状况,分析其影响因素。方法:采用问卷调查对150例宫颈癌患者生存质量FACT-Cx评分及影响因素进行多因素Logistic回归分析。结果:不同年龄、不同肿瘤分期的FACT-Cx评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而婚姻状况、经济收入、不同治疗模式、有无医疗保险、文化程度的FACT-Cx评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:婚姻状况、经济收入、有无医疗保险、文化程度是影响宫颈癌患者生存质量的因素,应针对上述影响因素采取积极的干预措施提高患者的生存质量。Objective：To investigate the quality of life and influencing factors for cervical cancer patients after radiotherapy.Method：Investigating quality of life questionnaire score（FACT-Cx）of 150 cases of cervical cancer patients after radiotherapy and influencing factors by multivariate Logistic regression analysis.Result：For the different ages and tumor stage of the FACT- Cx score,the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. However,contrasted the FACT-Cx score of the Marital status,income level,different treatment methods,with or without health insurance, education level,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Marital status,income level, different treatment methods,with or without health insurance,education level affected the quality of life in cervical cancer patients after radiotherapy. It should take positive measures to address the impact of interventions to improve patient quality of life.
