青少年抑郁症患者家庭功能及家庭治疗与干预研究

摘　　要：目的:本文旨在对青少年抑郁症患者进行有针对性的家庭干预,以期达到更好的治疗效果。方法:选取抑郁症患者200例,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各100例,分别采用不同干预方法;同时选取200例健康青少年作为比较。采用家庭亲密度和适应性量表中文版(FACESⅡ-CV)对各组进行测评;采用HAMD-17量表在治疗前、治疗第1、2、4、8周末评定试验组与对照组的临床疗效。结果:抑郁症组和健康青少年组的FACESⅡ-CV评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率为88%,对照组为71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗第2、4、8周末,试验组与对照组的HAMD总分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后的FACESⅡ-CV评分显著高于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05)。结论:治疗青少年抑郁症应从其家庭功能考虑,在药物治疗的基础上采取家庭治疗与干预措施进行治疗比单纯的药物加一般支持性治疗效果更好。Objective：To do the research about the targeted family intervention to depressive patients for better therapeutic effects.Method：200 patients with depression were select,they were randomly divided into the experimental group（n=100）and the control group（n=100）,respectively used different intervention methods;at the same time,200 healthy teenagers were select for comparison. The groups were measured with the family adaptability and cohesion scale （Chinese version,FACESⅡ-CV）between pre and post treatment;the clinical curative effect of the experimental group and the control group was evaluated by HAMD-17 scale between pre treatment and the first,second,fourth,eighth week after treatment.Result：The comparison difference of FACESⅡ-CV in the depression group and the healthy youth group was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment group was 88%,the control group was 71%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;treatment of 2,4,8 weekends,the experimental group compared with the control group for the HAMD score,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;after treatment,the FACES Ⅱ-CV of treatment group of was significantly higher than before treatment and the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：In order to treat adolescent depressive disorder,the family function of depressive patients should be taken into consideration. Generally,it is better to adopt family therapy and interventions to do the research rather than the drugs and supportive treatments.
