摘　　要：在对高校学生党建工作现状分析的基础上,结合党中央的具体工作部署,提出构建高校学生党建工作评议体系,并从评议的内涵要求、评议内容、实施途径及原则等方面对评议体系构建进行了研究设计。通过体系创新,能提高学生党员质量和学生党组织工作活力,增强高校学生党建工作的实效性,巩固学生党建对培养高素质人才的政治保障作用。Based on the present situation of the Party construction among university students and combined with the specific work arrangements of the Party central committee, this paper puts forward the construction of an appraisal system for the Party construction work among university students, and designs the system from such aspects as the connotation requirements, the evaluation content, the implementation approach and principle and so on. The ultimate objective of innovating on the evaluation system is to improve the quality of student Party members and the vigor of student Party organization, enhance the effectiveness of the Party construction work among students in universities, and consolidate the political security role of the Party construction among students in the cultivation of high-quality talents.
