摘 要:耗散结构理论作为非平衡系统的自组织理论,具有普遍的方法论意义。文章以耗散结构理论为依据,揭示了职业能力的形成机制,并从职业教育学的角度,提出职业教育教学的开放性是职业能力培养的前提,通过远离平衡态教学来增加教学的活力,促进职业能力培养的非线性作用,以有效性涨落来触发职业能力的提升,从而推动职业能力的培养。The theory of dissipative structures as a non-equilibrium system of self-organization theory has a common methodological significance. In this paper, based on the theory of dissipative structures, the author reveals the formation mechanism of professional competence and from the perspective of professional education points out that the proposed open teaching profession is the premise and the basic conditions for capacity building through education far from equilibrium to increase vitality, we can promote Nonlinear dynamic mechanism occupational role ability to enhance the effectiveness of vocational ability to trigger fluctuations, thus it will promote the development of vocational skills.
