摘　　要：在对国内外体育管理专业发展状况进行简要介绍和对比的基础上,分析了现阶段体育产业人才所应具备的能力以及与之相适应的课程设置,进而指出高校培养体育产业人才的方法:建立产学研相结合的培养方式,着力提升学生的实践技能,加强专业化的师资队伍建设。并从课程、教材以及学校与企业的联系等方面提出了应该注意的问题。On the basis of a brief introduction and contrast of the development of Sports Management Major at home and abroad, this article analyzes the abilities that the sports industry talents should possess, and its corresponding curriculum design. And then it points out the approaches to nurture talent in sports industry： Create a combination of Industry-Academy-Research for talent development, enhance the students＇ practical skills, strengthen the development of a specialized teaching staff. And this article puts forward several focuses in terms of curriculum, teaching materials and links between universities and enterprises.
