摘　　要：新世纪以来,大学章程研究不仅论文的数量逐年增加,而且研究的主题、学科视角、话语体系等都发生了重大变化,因此,通过梳理新世纪以来大学章程研究文献,反思大学章程研究的演进过程不失为新的视角。对于大学章程研究的变化,我们认为这是与社会体制、政府政策和研究者有着密切关系的,即社会体制改革影响着大学章程研究、政策力量引导大学章程研究的方向、研究者的理论与方法决定了大学章程研究的范式。The articles of the university charter study are not only increasing on quantity,but also changing on the theme,discipline point,discourse system. Therefore,it is a new way evolution of the university charter by analyzing the articles of association of the university research literature. We think that it is have close relations with the social system,government policy,and researchers,that is social system reform affects the study to the articles of association of the university,political power guide the direction of the arti-cles of association of the university study,the researchers’ theory and method to determine the articles of association of the university research paradigm.
