摘  要:橡胶筒作为机械封孔式注浆器的关键元件,其在钻孔内的轴向压缩变形过程同时具有多重非线性特点。应用有限元软件分析表明:随着轴向压缩位移的增加,橡胶筒先与孔壁产生接触,后与内管外壁产生接触,最后会发生挤出变形。为达到较好的封堵效果及保证橡胶筒的回弹性能,压缩位移应控制在17.8~19.4 mm。现场应用显示:依此范围控制注浆器的压缩量,取得了较好的封堵效果,且有效延长了橡胶筒的使用寿命,提高了注浆器的可靠性。Rubber cylinder is the key part of the grout injector with mechanical sealing. Its deformation process in borehole has multiple nonlinear characteristics. Analysis by the finite element software showed that along with the increase of axial displacement in borehole, the rubber cylinder was firstly contacted with hole wall, then the inner tube, finally extrusion deformation may occur. For sealing the borehole effectively and ensuring the resilience of the rubber cylinder, the compression displacement should be controlled between 17.8mm~19.4mm. Application shows that it achieved a good blocking effect by controlling the compression of the rubber cylinder under this range, and effectively extended the life of the rubber to improve the reliability of grouting.
