摘　　要：全球金融危机以来,国际金融形势不确定性增加。国际社会要求改革以美元为主导的、不合理的国际货币体系,从而逐步解决全球经济失衡、外汇储备失衡问题的呼声不断增多。因为这一问题关系到世界经济格局的重构,因而得到了空前的关注。对于中国而言,外汇储备管理体制改革关系到解决内外部失衡的问题,关系到我国可持续发展战略的落实。为了更好地指导外汇储备管理改革,我们必须摒弃原有的外汇储备管理思维模式,树立外汇储备管理新思维。The financial crisis has been increasing uncertainty of the international financial situation.The reform of foreign exchange reserve management system is related to the solution of the internal and external unbalances and the implementation of sustainable development strategy in our country.We must set up new thinking on the management of foreign exchange reserves in order to guide the reform of the foreign exchange reserve management
