儿少体操、技巧运动员个性特征与急性运动损伤关系的探讨

摘　　要：对广东省18个儿少体操、技巧队6—17岁运动员112人进行了运动损伤调查和艾森克个性问卷（EPQ）测验，旨在探讨系统训练的体操、技巧（除底座外）运动员急性运动损伤与个性特征的内在关系。本调查提示个性特征为外向型和不稳定型的运动员急性运动损伤的发生率高．而且不受系统训练年限的影响。Sports injuries were investigated and Eysenk personality questionnaires （EPQ） were in 112 juvenile gymnasts and acrobatic gymnasts （aged 6--17） for Guangdong province to study the correlation between personality fitures and acute sports injuries. Results showed that athletes who had extroversion and unstable personality fitures had higher incidence of acute injuries than the others irrespective of their training years. The results of the study will be helpful to athlestes selec- tion, training and sports injury prevention.
