摘　　要：国家"大学生创新创业训练计划"(简称"大创计划")为高校开展大学生创新创业教育搭建了一个良好平台。从项目管理经典理论入手,分析"大创计划"实施项目管理的可行性,深入开展组织管理、质量管理、进度管理和成本管理在"大创计划"中的应用,研究提高"大创计划"的管理水平。The innovative and entrepreneur training plan for college students （IETPCS） offers a good platform for innovative and entrepreneur education in college. In order to raise the IETPCS management level, starting from the classical theory of project management, it deeply analyzes the feasibility of implementing project management in IETPCS, and carries out the application research of organization management, quality management, schedule management and cost management for IETPCS.
