生态奥运的兴起与高校教育制度创新

摘　　要：京张联合申奥催生高校生态教育制度的创新与改革。生态教育制度的政治理性、经济理性与生态理性构成高校多重教育制度改革的实践基础。在比较制度改革的成本收益与均衡多方政治利益的前提下,健全高校生态教育制度法规,完善行政教学管理机制,创建社会办学体系,探索生态教改融资渠道,对实现高校教育制度与时代价值的理性契合有着重要的作用和意义。Bidding for the ecological winter Olympic Games by Beijing and Zhangjiakou will breed the innovation and reform of education system at colleges and universities. The political rationality, economic rationality and ecological rationality of ecological education system will consist of practical base of the multiple educational system reform. In the premise of comparing the cost and the benefits of the reform and balancing the many sided political interests, the article proposes that in order to achieve the alignment between the education system at universities and the spirit of the time, we should perfect the ecological education regulations, improve the management mechanism of the administration and teaching, create social education system, and explore the ecological reform of financing channels.
