摘　　要：制度异化,是指制度作为人所建构的行为规范与活动框架,本是人追求自由与解放的途径与方式,在一定条件下,却与人相对立,成为束缚与奴役人的一种手段与力量。资本主义制度尤其是资本主义雇佣劳动制度,是产生工人劳动异化、资本家异化的主要根源。因此,马克思把批判的锋芒直指资本主义制度。制度异化具有多种形态与形式,其产生既有直接原因又有各种根源的间接原因。消除制度异化的过程,就是消除产生制度异化各种根源的过程。The system alienation is refered to that the system as a code of conduct and activities framework people constructed originally is the way of people pursuit of freedom and liberation,but in a certain condition,is opposite with man to bound and enslave as a means and power. The system of capitalism,especial the system of capitalism wage labor is the main root the worker labor alienation and capitalist alienation exist. Therefore,Marx＇s critique directly pointed to the system of capitalism. The system alienation has various shapes and forms and has been caused both direct causes and various roots. The process eliminating system alienation is a process to eliminate various roots that form system alienation.
