高等教育体制与大学毕业生就业的关系——基于2009-2013届大学毕业生的实证研究

摘　　要：高等教育体制与大学毕业生就业息息相关。实证研究结果表明:高等教育体制对大学毕业生的就业机会和就业质量均有显著影响;高等教育体制越完善、大学毕业生对高等教育体制的认可度越高,其获得的就业机会就越多、就业质量也越高;当前大学毕业生对现行高等教育体制评价不太高、满意度偏低。因此,要促进大学毕业生就业,就必须推进高等教育体制改革。一是要健全高校课程设置体系;二是要创新高等教育教学方法体系;三是要完善大学生就业指导体系。Higher education system is an important annulus to promote the employment of university graduates. The empirical results show that. firstly, higher education system has significant effects on the opportunities and quality of university graduates employment, secondly, the better higher education system is, the higher degree of recognition to higher education system university graduates have, and the higher the employment quality is, thirdly, university graduates have a low degree of satisfaction with higher education system currently. Therefore, we must reform higher education system in order to promote the employment of university graduates. We should start it from three aspects. First, we should consummate university curriculum system. Second, we should innovate the system of teaching methods. Third, we should improve students＇ employment guidance system.
