摘  要:隐喻对组织研究具有重要的预设和暗示作用,影响组织研究范式的选择及管理实践的效果。在华人社会,受"泛家族主义"文化传统影响,组织往往被隐喻为兼具自然关系和社会关系的家庭。中国本土组织的这种家庭隐喻与西方组织研究的传统理性思维方式形成鲜明对比,将组织视为一种温情而积极的存在,重塑了组织的概念和功能并推动组织观念的后现代变革。在"泛家族主义"的关系取向、大数据时代计算机信息网络技术和转型经济制度综合互动的情境下,中国本土组织围绕具有"差序结构"的情感需要和利益诉求,建构了信任、价格和权威三者主导,由彼此互动与协同的感召机制、交换机制和惩戒机制构成的立体网络治理机制。该机制实现了情感逻辑与计算逻辑的相互嵌入和平衡发展,因其自组织能力而在后工业社会中具有高度适应性,但泛家族主义的特殊取向也产生了关系锁定、降低组织公平感和代理能力等消极影响。Metaphor which has important presupposition and implications to organization research affects the choice of the organization research paradigm and its management practice results. In Chinese society, organization has been compared to family affected by the traditional culture of familism and it's is very different from the rational thinking of organization research in western society because it compares the organization to an existence full of warmth, which reshapes the concept of the organization and its function. Based on the comprehensive interactive situation of enlarged familism, information technology and market transition system, this paper builds a network integration mechanism of Chinese organization in order to balance the emotional needs and various economic interests which present structure of difference. The new governance mechanism includes three parts moral mechanism, exchange mechanism and punishment mechanism, which emphasis more on the role of trust beside price and power. It makes emotional logic and calculation logic embedded together and balanced to develop in organization and has a strong ability of self organization in postmodern society, but also reduces the sense of organizational justice and weakens the organization's acting ability.
