摘　　要：和合管理是传统社会管理思想的基本精神,和合目标观是传统和合社会管理思想的重要内容。其中,"礼运大同"是和合管理的社会性目标,"富民安人"是和合管理的人文性目标,二者的和合构成了传统中国社会管理思想中的和合目标的完整图景,对当代中国社会管理实践仍具有重要的启示价值。Harmonious management is the basic spirit of Chinese traditional thought of social management, in which important content is the view of harmonious target. ＂Liyun Datong＂ is the social objective and ＂Fumin Anren＂ is humanity target. The harmony of both forms an integrated prospect of harmonious targets, which still has an important reference value for the practice of current social management in China.
