摘　　要：法律与道德是民主政治建设不可或缺的一体两翼。二者的良性互动,是巩固与发展民主政治的使然。民主政治的每一个发展步伐,也彰显和表征着道德进步的尺度。在倡导与推进民主政治的当今时期,个体道德境界提升和社会道德前进,既有赖于法律制度的支撑和保障,也需要启发个体拥护道德和服膺道德的自觉心态。在当前社会转型和经济转轨的变革时期,相当一部分人还无法依靠自身的力量达到道德自律,因此,充分发挥法律制度的他律形式,设计得当的法律供给制度与法律需求制度,将有助于法制建设和道德建设的统筹协调与优势互补,是民主政治进程中推进道德及道德教育发展的题中要义。Law and morality are two indispensable parts of the construction of democratic politics, the benign circle between which urges the consolidation and development of democratic politics. Each step of democratic politics demonstrates and represents the scale of moral progress. Promotion of individual morality realm and progress of social morality in the contemporary era when democratic politics is been advocating and promoting, not only depends on the support and protection of legal system, but also needs to inspire the individuals conscious mind in advocating and corresponding to morality. Many people cannot achieve moral self-discipline depending on their own strength in the current reform period of social transformation and economic transition. So, to develop the heteronomy of legal system and design proper legal system of supply and demand can benefit overall coordination and complementary advantages of legal construction and moral construction. It is also the essence of promoting moral and moral education development in the process of democratic politics.
