摘 要:通过全国8省市602份农户的调查统计发现:有7成以上的农村居民表示关注食品安全信息,对婴幼儿食品、食用油、乳制品的标签信息最为关注,对市场准入、禁用剧毒农药等相关政策有一定的了解,但是对食品安全法的知晓率不到3成。对食品安全信息传播途径、传递内容和服务诉求方面虽然存在明显差异,但是农村居民对政府提供食品安全信息的信任度较高。回归显示,对农户食品安全信息服务诉求的显著影响因素中,女性比例、食用油标签信息关注度呈负相关性;6项监管措施认知、婴幼儿食品标签信息关注度、标签营养成分的关注度为正相关性。This paper makes a questionnaire of 602 rural residents from 8 provinces. Result shows there are more than 70% residents expressing their concern about food safety information, and they pay more attention on the label information of infant food, edible oil and dairy products. They have basic understanding on the market access, forbidden highly toxic pesticides and other policies. However, there are less than 30% residents know food safety law. The survey reflects famers trust the information provided by government. And have obvious differences on the methods of information transmission, message content and services demands. By binary logistic regression analysis, there are significant factors affecting the requests of food safety information services, in which the proportion of women and edible oil label have negative correlation, the cognitive of six regulatory measures, infant food label and nutrients list on label have positive correlation.
