摘　　要：以开放式创新社区网络为研究对象,分析了开放式创新社区网络的参与主体,运用模糊综合评价的理论和方法构建开放式社区网络的概念模型。通过研究创新主体间的协同合作和整合共享创新要素的方式,建立开放式创新社区网络创新能力评价指标体系,根据该评价指标体系建立了模糊综合评价模型。实证结果表明:利用所构建的模糊综合评价模型能有效评价开放式创新社区网络的创新能力,企业可依据评价结果进行改进和提升。Taking the network community in open innovation as the research object,this paper analyzes the participants in open innovation network community,and builds the concept model of open innovation network community by using the theory and method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Though studying the way that main participants collaborate and share resources, it sets up the innovation ability evaluation index system of open innovation network community and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The empirical results show that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model could be used to evaluate the innovation capability of open innovation network community effectively,and enterprises could improve and increase their innovative ability.
