摘　　要：农林经济管理专业在我国高等教育尤其是农林高校中占有重要地位,该专业作为高等教育的传统专业,当前其人才培养模式难以适应社会经济发展对高层次人才的需求,与国际知名高校的农林经济管理专业相比,该专业人才培养质量的差距在逐步加大。文章通过对国内主要农林高校农林经济管理专业人才培养在师资队伍、培养目标、培养计划、学科梯队等方面的多维比较,结合国际知名高校本专业人才培养的发展趋势,就专业教育理念、人才培养目标、师资团队建设、"本硕博"模式创新、实践环节培养体系5个方面,对我国农林经济管理专业的人才培养模式的改革创新提出了对策建议。Agri-forestry economics management plays an important role in China＇s higher education system, especiaUy in agricultural and forestry universities. As a traditional major, it is difficult for the current talents training mode to meet the demand for high-level personnel due to the rapid development of society and economy. In ad- dition, the gap in the quality of talent cultivation is graduaUy increasing, compared with the internationally renowned universities. Through multidimensional comparison in aspects of faculty, training target, training plan and discipline echelon, combined with the analysis of the latest trend in the international well-known universities, countermeasures and suggestions about professional education philosophy, talents training objectives, faculty con- stitution, innovative ＂bachelor-master-doctor degree＂ model and practical training system were put forward in this article.
