摘　　要：全日制工程硕士研究生教育在军队研究生教育体系中占有重要地位,在发展中遇到生源不足、培养体系不健全、部队认可度不高等问题,推动军队全日制工程硕士研究生教育健康发展,需要进一步明确工程硕士培养目标,针对制约发展的问题,研究切实可行的应对措施。Full time master-of-engineering education plays an important role in military graduate education. However, it is faced with a lack of students, an ineffective training system and a low degree of recognition by the military. To promote its healthy development, it is necessary to better define its training objectives and design an effective strategy to solve problems on the path of its progress.
