摘　　要：基于华文水平测试海外需求调查的结果 ,本文对华测的总体设计思路做了进一步的研究探讨,包括华测的基本性质、华语标准、华测能力标准、华测拟突出的内容与特色等。在调查结果的基础上,本文进一步深入论证了以汉字为落脚点的华测能力等级的建立。Based on the results of HSC overseas demands survey, this paper made a further research on the overall design of HSC, including its nature, Chinese language standards, its standards of language ability, the content and feature it intended to highlight. On the basis of the results of the survey, this paper also made a further discussion about the Chinese proficiency levels with Chinese Characters as the foothold of HSC.
