摘　　要：文章运用结构方程模型分析中小企业的运营绩效及其影响因素,并对模型要素之间的路径关系进行检验。研究结果显示,对中小企业运营绩效最具显著性作用的是企业的成长能力,其次是偿债能力、盈利能力。得出各中小企业运营绩效的综合评价得分并进行排序,根据研究结果提出提高中小企业运营绩效的对策建议。The paper applies the structural equation model to analyze the operational performance of small and medium-sized enterprises and its influencing factors, and tests the path relations among the model elements. The results show that the most important influencing factor on the operational performance of small and medium-sized enterprises is growth ability, followed by debt repayment ability and profitability. Then it gains the comprehensive evaluation scores of the operational performance of small and medium-sized enterprises and ranks them. Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures to improve the operation-al performance of small and medium-sized enterprises based on the study.
