摘  要:为了研究双电机耦合驱动系统的控制策略,采用模块化的设计思想搭建了试验台,试验台主要包括电源模块、负载模块、制动能量消耗模块和冷却模块;在LabVIEW软件平台上将监控模块与数据采集模块集成设计,开发了试验台测控系统。制定了双电机耦合驱动系统控制策略,包括单电机模式和双电机模式下的控制策略以及单电机-双电机和双电机-单电机的模式切换控制策略。利用试验台及测控系统进行了控制策略试验。试验表明,试验台及测控系统能满足双电机耦合驱动系统控制策略试验要求,控制策略能实现单电机模式和双电机模式的平稳运行,且能实现单电机-双电机和双电机-单电机模式切换。In order to research the control strategy of the dual motors coupling drive system,the test bench was built adopting the modular design.The test bench mainly consisted of the battery module,the loading module,the brake energy dissipating module and the cooling module.Based on the LabVIEW software platform the monitor and control module and the data acquisition module were integrated to form the measurement and control system.The control stratcgies of the drive system were proposed,which included the control strategies of one-motor mode and the two-motor mode,and the mode switching control strategy of one-motor mode to two-motor mode and two-motor mode to one-motor mode.They were tested using the test bench and the measurement and control system.The experiments indicate that the test bench and the measurement and control system are suitable for the validation of the control strategy,and the control strategy can manipulate the drive system not only to run stably both at one-motor mode and at two-motor mode,but also to switch from one-motor mode to two-motor mode and from two-motor mode to one-motor mode.
