摘 要:传统Bosch燃油系统改装的DME/柴油双燃料供给系统在实际应用中存在高压燃油泵腔内DME燃料的"气化"现象,这种气化现象会导致燃料供给系统的供油量严重不均和产生"气阻",有一种简单的旁通单向阀技术方案,可消除Bosch燃油泵腔的DME气化现象。分别采用AVL-HYDSIM仿真软件建立DME/柴油双燃料Bosch供给系统和旁通单向阀双燃料系统的仿真模型。仿真研究结果表明:传统DME/柴油双燃料供给系统的Bosch泵腔不可避免存在严重的气化现象;气化现象是由于Bosch燃油泵的结构所致,泵前双燃料的供给压力、双燃料中DME燃料比例、改变泵腔温度/燃料温度等措施无法消除DME气化现象;旁通单向阀方案能够有效消除Bosch泵腔的DME气化现象;旁通单向阀方案具有简单有效、极低成本、便于实际应用推广的特点。DME vaporization phenomenon in DME-diesel supply system for duel fuel engine converted from conventional Bosch type fuel system would result in "vapor lock" and serious uneven delivery of cylinder-by-cylinder during engine operation. A scheme of bypass check valve was proposed to resolve the prob- lem. Using AVL-HYDSIM software, simulating models respectively for the baseline Bosch type fuel system and the by-pass check valve system were built up to investigation. Results show that it is inevitable that there exists serious vaporization in conventional Bosch type fuel system of DME-diesel dual fuel engine. The vaporization in pump chamber is resulted from the Bosch type injection pump structure, could not be eliminated by increasing inlet pressure, decreasing DME ratio and changing DME-diesel fuel temperature. The scheme of bypass check valve is a effective solution to eliminate DME vaporization in Bosch fuel system, and the by-pass check valve design is simple and effective, suitable for wide application.
