ISO9001质量管理体系在精神科封闭式管理医院感染控制中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨ISO9001质量管理体系对精神科封闭式管理医院感染控制的作用。方法调查潍坊市精神卫生中心ISO9001质量管理体系(ISO9001-QMS)认证前2年与认证后运行6年期间所有封闭式病房出院病历,对医院感染率、感染相关因素等进行分析。结果 (1)与ISO9001-QMS认证前2年相比,认证后2年、4年、6年医院感染率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)ISO9001-QMS认证前2年医院感染的相关因素为年龄、性别、病程、住院时间、疾病种类、季节(P<0.05),ISO9001-QMS认证后6年医院感染的相关因素为年龄、病程、住院时间及疾病种类(P<0.05)。结论实施ISO9001质量管理体系能有效降低精神科封闭式管理医院的院内感染率。Objective To investigate the influence of IS09001 quality management system （IS09001-QMS） on nosocomial infection control in closed-off mental hospital. Methods Retrospective review was performed on all medical records, which were discharged from Weifang Mental Health Center from 2 years before IS09001-QMS authenticating to 6 years after IS09001-QMS authenticating. Data of nosocomial infection rate and its related factors were analyzed. Results （1） Compared with the baseline, nosocomial infection rate decreased significantly at the 2nd, 4th, 6th year after the IS09001-QMS authenticating （P 〈 0.01 ）. （2） The related factors of nosocomial infection before IS09001-QMS authenticating included age, gender, course of disease, length of hospitalization, category of disease and onset season （P 〈 0.05）. While 8 years later, only age, course of disease, length of hospitalization and category of disease remained to be related factors of nosocomial infection （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Implementation of IS09001 quality management system can effectively reduce the nosocomial infection rate in closed - off mental hospital.
