摘　　要：重症监护病房(ICU)中急性肝损伤及肝功能异常的早期诊断很重要,常规生化指标以及新的动态检测技术结合应用可能在未来的诊断意义更大。该文通过回顾文献,对急性肝损伤及肝功能异常从检查指标、原因、机制及临床表现等方面进行综述,并对ICU相关肝损伤及肝功能异常的常见原因、临床监测方法进行分析,针对ICU相关肝损伤及肝功能异常,在预防、诊断、治疗等方面得出了相关的启示和结论。Early diagnosis of acute liver damage and dysfunction in ICU is very important, and the combined application of conventional biochemical indexes and novo dynamic testing technology may have greater significance for diagnosis in the future. Here reviews the literature on acute liver injury and liver dysfunction, from the aspects of inspection indexes, causes, mechanisms and clinical manifestations, then analyzes the common causes and clinical monitoring methods of ICU-related liver injury and liver dysfunction, finally, obtains the clinical guidelines and conclusion of prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of ICU- related liver damage and liver dysfunction.
