摘　　要：细胞外基质、基膜对于维持正常的细胞内环境至关重要,而在很多的炎症性疾病中大量炎性细胞聚集释放炎性介质,可见组织细胞外基质溶解、基膜破坏造成了这些变化。这些变化还与基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)有一定关系,其中MMP-2/MMP-9作为炎性介质,参与多种疾病的发展过程,如炎性反应、免疫炎症相关疾病等。该文就MMP-2/MMP-9在炎症中作用的研究进展进行综述。The extracellular matrix and basement membrane play important roles in maintaining normal intracellular environment. But in many inflammatory diseases, amounts of inflammatory ceils infiltrate and release inflammatory medium, which cause the dissolving of organization ceils＇ extracellular matrix and the basement membrane damage. Such changes are also related, with matrix metalloproteinases （MMPs） , among which MMP-2/MMP-9 as inflammatory medium is involved in the development of many diseases, such as inflammatory responses, immune and inflammatory related diseases. Here is to make a review of the research progress of MMP-2/MMP-9＇s function in inflammation.
