摘　　要：目的:探讨EGFR在胃粘膜活检组织中的表达意义。方法:采用免疫组化iVision二步法检测胃镜活检组织,包括10例正常胃粘膜上皮、16例胃上皮瘤样病变、19例胃上皮内瘤、47例胃腺癌组织中EGFR的表达,并分析其表达意义。结果:在正常胃粘膜上皮、上皮瘤样病变、腺瘤及腺癌组织中,EGFR的表达阳性率分别为6.56±2.21%、10.25±3.59%、36.37±4.80%、70.47±7.78%,在胃上皮内瘤及腺癌组显著高于正常胃粘膜上皮及上皮瘤样病变组(P<0.05,P<0.01),腺癌组显著高于上皮内瘤组(P<0.05)。EGFR的表达阳性率与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤分化程度等无关(P>0.05)。结论:EGFR的表达增强可能与胃癌的发生发展有关;EGFR的检测有助于胃癌的诊断。Objective：To investigate the expression of EGFR and significance in gastric mucosa biopsy tissues .Method：iVision immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of EGFR in 10 specimens of normal gastric mucosas , 16 speci-mens of tumor like lesions of gastric mucosa , 19 specimens of intraepithelial neoplasia as well as 60 specimens of adenocarcino-ma tissues.Result：The expression positive rate of EGFR were 6.56±2.21%, 10.25±3.59%, 36.37±4.80%, 70.47±7.78%, respectively.They were much higher in tumor like lesions and carcinoma tissues than in other tissues （P〈0.05,P〈0.01）, in gastric carcinoma tissues than in tumor like lesions tissues （ P〈0.05） .No correlation was found with sex , age and the degree of differentiation.Conclusion：Tonic expression of EGFR may play a key role in the progress of gastric carcinoenesis .EGFR may be helpful to distinguish gastric adenocarcinoma from intraepithelial neoplasia tissues .
