对非伴头痛型偏头痛性眩晕进行预防性治疗且观察其诱发电位的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:对非伴头痛型偏头痛性眩晕的患者进行预防性治疗的临床观察。方法:将48例非伴头痛型偏头痛性眩晕的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用氟桂利嗪进行预防性治疗,对照组施以倍他司汀进行治疗。两组均以8周为一个疗程。且在治疗前后对明确的偏头痛性眩晕患者进行视觉诱发电位的研究。结果:8周治疗后,治疗组的疗效显著高于对照组(X2=27.1888,P<0.01),且患者的眩晕程度得到了非常大的改善(P<0.001),而对治疗前视觉诱发电位有异常的明确偏头痛性眩晕患者,在治疗后均得到了缓解。结论:对于非伴头痛型偏头痛性眩晕的患者采用氟桂利嗪进行预防性治疗具有较好的临床疗效。Objective：To observe the preventive treatment for patients with non-headache type migraine vertigo .Method：48 cases of patients with non-headache type migraine vertigo were randomly divided into treatment group and control group .The treatment group was going to be treated by flunarizine , and the control group was going to be treated by Betahistine .All of them took a 8-week treatment period .Separately study visual evoked potential measurement of migraine patients with vertigo before and after therapy .Result：8 weeks after the treatment , the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group （X2=27.1888, P 〈0.01）, patients with vertigo were receiving prosthetic treatment （P〈0.001）, and the mi-graine vertigo patients of unusually visual evoked potentials measures were also eased after treatment .Conclusion：For the pa-tients with non-headache type migraine vertigo , Flunarizine preventive treatment has better clinical curative effect .
