二苯并18冠6-PVC修饰碳糊电极循环伏安法测定Pb^(2+)

摘  要:制备了二苯并18冠6(DB18C6)-PVC修饰碳糊电极,采用循环伏安法在氨性缓冲溶液中测定Pb2+,研究了不同实验条件对Pb2+测定的影响。结果表明:二苯并18冠6、PVC与石墨粉的质量比为0.1∶0.4∶4,以pH=9.66的氨性缓冲溶液为底液,在扫描速率为100mV/s进行循环伏安测定时,有较明显的氧化还原峰;峰电压与Pb2+浓度在1×10-9~1×10-4 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9942,检出限为1×10-9 mol/L;连续测定2周,电极表现出较好的稳定性。在最佳实验条件下,用标准加入法对模拟水样中Pb2+的含量进行检测,测定的回收率在97.50%~104.80%。DB18C6-PVC modified carbon paste electrode was prepared for determination of Pb2+ in ammonia buffer solution using cyclic voltammetry and the effect of different conditions on the determination of Pb2+ were studied. As shown by the experimental results, when the proportion of DB18C6, PVC and graphene is 0. 1 : 0. 4 : 4 and the pH of ammonia buffer solution is 9. 66, an obvious redox peak is observed using cyclic voltammetry at 100 mV/s scanning speed; Peak voltage varied linearly with the concentration of Pb2+ over the range from 1×10^-9 to 1×10^-4mol/L with the correlation coefficient of 0. 9942 and the detection limit of 1 ×10^-9 mol/L; continuous determination for two weeks, the modified electrode show good stability. Under the optimum experiment conditions, the standard addition method is used for the determination of the content of Pb2+ , and the recovery is 97. 50%-104. 80%.
