摘 要:近年来蛋白质和多肽药物被广泛开发和应用但因其生物半衰期短,大多需要频繁给药,患者顺应性不佳。温敏凝胶可实现药物长期持续释放,患者用药的顺应性,现已用于蛋白质与多肽药物的递送。笔者综述了常见的温敏凝胶材料及其应用在多肽与蛋白质药物递送中的研究进展,并对温敏凝胶用于生物大分子药物递送的前景进行了展望。Protein and peptide drugs have been developed to prevent and cure diseases in recent years, but they need to be given frequently due to short half-lives thus resulting in low compliance. Thermosensitive in-situgels play an important role in delivery of protein and peptide drugs because they can prolong the drug release and improve the compliance of the patients. This article introduced some common thermosensitive matrices and reviewed the application of thermosensitive in-situ-gels in preparation of protein and peptide drugs.
