摘  要:目的:对分离自黑果枸杞根部的内生真菌R43进行鉴定,并对其发酵物的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用大米固体培养基对R43进行发酵;根据形态学特征和ITS序列对菌株R43进行鉴定;采用各种色谱方法分离乙酸乙酯提取物中的化学成分,并根据化合物的波谱数据确定结构。结果:经形态学特征及ITS序列鉴定菌株R43为塔宾曲霉(Aspergillus tubingensis)。从其发酵产物中分离得到6个化合物,分别为rubrofusarin B(1),campyrone A(2),asperpyrones A(3),2,5-二羟基一苯乙酸(4),麦角甾醇(5),甘露醇(6)。结论:化合物4为首次从真菌发酵产物中分离得到。化合物1对大肠杆菌有很好的抑制活性,最小抑菌浓度为1.95μg·mL^(-1)。Objective: To identify the fungus strain R43 isolated from the root of Lycium ruthenicum and study the secondary metabolites of R43. Methods: Solid-state fermentation was used to culture the endophytic fungus. The strain R43 was identified by its morphological characteristics and ITS sequence. The ethyl acetate extracts were isolated by column chromatography. The compounds were identified by their spectroscopic data. Results: The strain R43 was identified as Aspergillus tubingensis by its morphological characteristics and internal transcribed spacer (ITS) sequence analyses. Six compounds were isolated from the culture of AspergiUus tubingensis (No. R43 ), and their structures were elucidated as rubrofusarin B ( 1 ) , campyrone A (2) , asperpyrones A (3) , 2,5-dihydroxy-benzeneacetic acid (4) , ergosterol (5) , and D-mannitol (6). Conclusion : Cmpound 4 was reported as a metabolite of fungi for the first time. Compound 1 showed inhibitory activities against Escherichia coli, with MIC values of 1.95μg·mL^-1.
