摘 要:目的探讨丹红注射液对大鼠急性脑梗死后脑组织的保护作用。方法制作大鼠急性大脑中动脉栓塞模型30例,随机分为假手术组、手术组,手术+丹红组,各10例,连续5 d后测定脑组织匀浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量,同时进行神经功能评分、脑含水量测定和病理组织学检查。结果丹红组+手术组大鼠脑组织的SOD和GSH-Px活力较手术组显著增高,MDA含量降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且脑组织病理改变也较轻。结论丹红注射液具有保护脑组织损伤的作用,可能与增强缺血脑组织SOD和GSH-Px活力,降低MDA含量有关。Obj ective To investigate the brain-protective mechanism of Danhong inj ection in rats with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 30 rats of acute cerebral infarction models was es-tablished by means of occlusion of middle cerebral artery and randomly divided into Sham-operation group,operation group and operation plus Danhong group,10 cases in each group.The superoxide dismutase (SOD),glutathion peroxidase (GSH-Px)activities and the malondiadehyde (MDA) content in the cerebral tissue were determined after 5 d.Meanwhile the neurological function,Brain water content and histopathologic examination were observed.Results The SOD and GSH-Px activities in the operation plus Danhong group increased obviously,while the MDA content de-creased significantly compared with the operation group (P〈0 .0 1 ).Moreover,there were slighter pathological changes in brain tissues.Conclusion Danhong inj ection has a certain protective effects on damage of brain tissues,which is possibly related to increased SOD and GSH-Px activities,and decreased MDA content.
