实习生在静脉输液中存在的自身安全问题及带教对策

摘　　要：目的了解护生在静脉输液中存在的自我安全问题,针对性的进行自我防护教育,提高自我防护能力。方法对171例在院实习2个月和规范培训后的实习生采用自行设计的调查问卷,在静脉输液过程中存在的自身安全问题进行调查分析。结果发放问卷171份,回收有效问卷171份。对于在临床实习2个月的护生对自身防护知识薄弱,通过有针对性的进行职业防护教育,护生对自身防护意识大大的提高。结论护生在实习初期对自我防护意识薄弱,临床前期进行职业防护教育,减少职业暴露的发生。Objective To investigate the self safety problems existing in nursing students in intravenous transfusion, targeted for self protection education, improve the ability of self protection. Methods 171 patients in hospital 2 months internship nursing students by using a self-designed questionnaire, the safety problems in the intravenous infusion process investigation and analysis. Results 171 questionnaires were sent out and 171 effective questionnaires. For the 2 months internship nursing students for their own protection knowledge is weak in clinical, through targeted for occupation protection education, nursing students for their own protection consciousness increase. Conclusion Nursing students in practice in the early stage of weak awareness of self-protection, clinical stage of occupation protection education, reduce the occurrence of occupation exposure.
