血管内支架结合弹簧圈治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤的临床探析

摘　　要：目的探讨血管内支架结合弹簧圈治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤的临床效果。方法我院收治的60例颅内宽颈动脉瘤患者分为观察组与参照组,分别给予血管内支架结合弹簧圈栓塞治疗与传统栓塞治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果及复发情况。结果观察组患者动脉瘤栓塞成功26例,2例患者术后再次出血死亡,其余28例患者20个月内未出现复发;参照组患者动脉瘤栓塞成功18例,随访期内复发4例。结论血管内支架结合弹簧圈治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤彻底有效,安全性高,值得推广。Objective To study the endovascular stem combined with spring coil clinical effect for the treatment of intracranial aneurysm neck wide. Methods 60 patients with intracranial aneurysm neck wide our hospital were divided into observation group and reference group, respectively give intravascular stent combined with spring coil emholizatinn with traditional embolization, to observe therapeutic effect and recurrence of two groups of patients. Results Observation group of patients with aneurysm embolization successfully 26 cases, 2 cases of patients with postoperative rebleeding, death does not appear in the 28 patients with 20 month recurrence; reference group of patients with aneurysm embolization 18 cases success, follow-up recurrence in 4 cases. Conclusion Endovascular stent combined with spring coil thoroughly effective treatment ofintraeranial aneurysm neck wide, high safety is worth promoting.
