摘 要:目的调查急诊患者家属焦虑情绪状况及分析产生因素,为进一步提高门诊护理水平提供依据。方法采用焦虑自评量表,对2012年1月至2012年6月在我院急诊室或接待室等候的患者家属进行问卷调查,并对患者家属心理需求进行分析。结果共收到有效量表125份。患者亲属中的焦虑平均评分(49.39±11.61),高于国内常模,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。患者家属中存在焦虑现象66例(52.88%)。按亲属性别、教育水平、职业状况等因素分组,焦虑评分高于国内常模,各组间焦虑评分未见统计学差异。结论急诊患者家属存在焦虑现象,护理人员应该进一步提高质量,采取有效的干预手段,稳定患者家属情绪,积极配合治疗。Objective Correlative factors study on the anxiety disorder of the caregivers of the emergency patients ,in order to provide a basis for clinical nursing care. Methods From January 2012 to June 2012 questionnaire of the self- rating anxiety scale(SAS)issued in hospital emergency room or reception room wait for family members of patients. Results 125 effective scales were received. The mean level of anxiety scores in caregivers on the SAS was (49.39 ±11.61). The level of anxiety was significantly higher than normal. In 125 caregivers, 66(52.88%)had been reported that their SAS scores exceeded thresholds for clinical anxiety. Grouped according to the factors of gender, education level, family occupation status, the level of anxiety scores in earegivers were higher than normal, but there was no statistical difference in groups. Conclusion A high level of anxiety disorders existed in caregivers of the emergency patients, the nursing staff should flexibly implement nursing intervention according to patients and caregivers mental endurance so as to improve the quality of nursing care.
