摘 要:目的比较氟化微量元素制剂处理酸蚀后牙面托槽的粘结强度,观察釉质面(龈向)脱矿情况。方法健康离体前磨牙酸蚀后用氟含量相同的氟化锌、氟化锶、氟化亚锡以及氟化钠制剂涂擦牙面,用京津釉质粘结剂粘结托槽,万能力学测试机检测抗剪切力,ARI记分记录粘结剂残留指数,紫外可见分光光度计测定各组人工唾液中钙的光密度值(OD值),扫描电镜观察粘结面周围(龈向)釉质表面的变化。结果氟化微量元素制剂处理后粘结托槽的抗剪切粘结强度与国内临床常用的磷酸无统计学差异(P>0.05),均达到了高于临床要求的粘结强度(7MPa),可以满足临床需要。扫描电镜观察氟化亚锡组(龈向)釉质脱矿明显小于其它各组,与紫外可见分光光度计的定量测定结果一致。结论酸蚀后用氟化微量元素制剂对托槽的抗剪粘结强度及粘结材料残留指数均无显著性影响,氟化亚锡可抑制牙釉质的脱矿,酸蚀后使用氟化亚锡的效果最好。Objective To investigate the effect of fluoride trace elements on the bond strength of orthodontic brackets. Methods Healthy isolated premolars after acid etching were rubbed with Zinc fluoride, fluoride strontium, stannous fluoride and sodium fluoride, which contained the same amount of fluoride, and then bonded with brackets by enamel adhesive. The shear resistance was tested by universal mechanical testing machine. ARI scoring recorded the adhesive remnant index, the optical density (OD) value of calcium in artificial saliva was determined by Uv-visible spectrophotometer and scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the enamel surface changes. Results The shear resistance of the bonded brackets after treatment by fluoride trace elements was not significantly different with that by only acid treatment ( P 〉 0. 05 ) and satisfied the clinical requirement (7MPa). Scanning electron microscopy showed that the stannous fluoride group had less enamel demineralization than other groups, which was correspondent with the results obtained by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer. Conclusion The fluorinated trace elements did not affect the shear bond strength of orthodontic brackets and adhesive remnant index. Stannous fluoride could inhibit enamel demineralization after the acid etching.
