凝血酶联合奥美拉唑治疗上消化道出血的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 研究凝血酶联合奥美拉唑治疗上消化道出血的可行性及安全性.方法 选择2012年1月～2014年1月本院收治的100例上消化道出血患者为研究对象,按照随机分组的原则将其分为观察组和对照组,所有患者均接受完全相同的对症支持治疗,对照组患者在对症治疗的基础上给予去甲肾上腺素治疗,观察组患者在对症治疗的基础上给予凝血酶联合奥美拉唑治疗.比较两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应的差异.结果 观察组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组患者的显效时间和止血时间均短于对照组,输血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组患者均未观察到与药物治疗有直接关联的不良反应发生.结论 凝血酶联合奥美拉唑治疗上消化道出血的效果显著、安全可靠,值得推广应用.Objective To study the feasibility and safety of thrombin combined omeprazole treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 100 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of random grouping,all patients were treated with exactly the same suit the support,the control group patients were given norcpinephrine therapy on the basis of symptomatic treatment,the observation group patients were given thrombin combined omeprazole therapy on the basis of symptomatic treatment.The curative effect and the difference of adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The effective time and bleeding time in observation group were shorter than those of control group,the blood transfusion volume was less than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Two groups of patients were not observed associated with drug therapy had a direct adverse reactions occured. Conclusion The effect of thrombin combined omeprazole treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding is significant,safety and reliably,it is worth popularization and application.
