摘　　要：10kV配电线路不停电作业中习惯性违章时有发生,为确保作业现场安全,杜绝人身伤害,以电网安全规程线路部分为主线,分析带电作业事故发生的原因和过程,给出了避免事故发生的方法。The habitual violation of regulation in live working in10 kV power distribution line often occurred. In order to ensure the working site safety and completely eradicate personal injury,taking the line parts of power grid safety regulations as main reference,the reasons and the process of accidents in live working were analyzed,and the method to avoid accident was given.
