摘　　要：以长沙县"百里茶廊"湖南省茶研所实验茶场茶园为研究对象,通过施用不同的肥料种类,观测不同施肥处理对茶树的芽头密度、百芽重以及产量的影响;采摘鲜叶制成干茶,通过密码感观审评、生化成分分析,比较不同处理对茶叶品质的影响;通过收益分析,比较不同施肥处理的经济效益。This experiment was conducted in the tea garden of Hunan Tea Research Institute with Changsha County Bailichalang. The tea bud density, hundred-bud weight, and yield under different treatments was recorded. The tea made by fresh leaves of different treatments was gone through taste and bio-chemical analysis to compare the tea quality. And the earnings was analyzed to compare the economic benefit of different treatments.
