摘　　要：自治领时期的英法殖民者对加拿大原住民的语言政策是有预谋的语言同化和文化灭绝政策,这种意识形态自始至终贯穿其中。无论殖民者的具体语言文化政策是什么,也无论是受经济利益驱动,还是政治利益驱动,其最终目的都是从本质上破坏原住民的语言文化,实现殖民利益的最大化。The British and French colonists purposely adopted language policy of assimilation and cultural genocide towards aborigines during the Dominion of Canada, which permeated the whole process. No matter what specific language and cultural policies the colonists took, or whether it was driven by economic interests, or political interests, its ultimate goal was to destroy aboriginal languages and cultures from the essence, and so as to realize the maximization of colonial interests.
