摘　　要：为贯彻落实《湖北省中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2011-2020)》,创新高等职业教育办学体制机制,深化教育教学改革,凝聚办学特色,提高人才培养质量和办学水平,为湖北成为促进中部地区崛起重要战略支点提供更加有力的人才支撑,本文研究了湖北省特色高职院校建设的模式与途径。For carrying out “the long-term plan for education reform and development of Hu-bei province （2011-2020）＂aiming at providing more powerful talents for Hubei province as the important strategic fulcrum to promote the central region rising ,w hich includes the school-running system and mechanism innovation of higher vocational education ,the deepe-ning of teaching reform ,the assembly of educational characteristics ,and the improvement of the talents training quality and education level ,this paper studies the patterns and the ways of constructing characteristic vocational colleges in Hubei province .
