摘 要:建立了三通和四通混水器的物理模型,应用FLUENT软件对其中水的温度场进行模拟,通过改变阀门开度或导流板角度来控制冷、热流体的流量,得到不同混水比下的温度分布云图和二级网供水管出口的平均温度,绘制出特性曲线。可知:温度随着混水比变化的趋势一致。随着混水比的增大,平均温度减小,因此可以通过调节混水器的混水比来实现对热用户温度的控制,来满足不同用户的需要。We made physical models of the three and four pass water mixer mixing device and made numerical simulation for temperature field of them by using FLUENT software.We controlled the hot and cold fluids by changing the valve opening deflector angle or jet flow gained,the temperature distribution cloud picture and average temperature of two level network water supply pipe outlet of different mixing,and draw out characteristics curve.The results showed that:the change trends is accordant.And with the mixing ratio increases,the average temperature is reduced,so we can through changing the mixing ratio to control the temperature of heat users.
