摘　　要：探讨了知识产权与技术创新之间的关系,并以专利申请量作为创新产出,建立了我国高技术产业创新能力评价模型,比较和分析了不同高技术产业创新能力的差异。This paper discusses the relationship between intellectual property and technology innovation taking patent applications as innovation output to build innovation capability assessment model of high-tech And industry in China. Then compared and analyzed the differences of innovation capability among high-tech industry
