摘　　要：目的观察乳浆大戟提取物对体外培养的人肺癌细胞A549增殖抑制和诱导凋亡的作用。方法将0、0.2、0.4、0.8 g/L的乳浆大戟提取物作用于体外培养的人肺癌细胞A549,采用MTT法观察乳浆大戟提取物对A549细胞增殖的影响;PI染色法观察凋亡细胞的形态;流式细胞仪检测A549细胞的凋亡率。结果乳浆大戟提取物对体外培养的A549细胞增殖有抑制作用,并具有浓度依赖关系。0、0.2、0.4、0.8 g/L乳浆大戟提取物作用A549细胞48 h的凋亡率分别是5.33%±0.67%、15.53%±0.15%、21.42%±1.01%、46.57%±1.76%,三者间两两比较,P均<0.05。结论乳浆大戟提取物可通过诱导A549细胞凋亡而抑制细胞增殖。Objective To investigate the inhibit proliferation and induced apotosis effects of extracts of Euphorbia esu-la in the human lung cancer cell lines A549.Methods The human lung cancer cell lines A549 were treated with different concentrations（0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.8 g/L） of extracts of Euphorbia esula in vitro, the cell proliferation was analyzed by MTT;the cell morphological changes were observed using PI dyeing;the cell apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry.Results the growth of A549 cells were inhibited by extracts of Euphorbia esula in a dose-dependent manner.A549 cells were treated with extracts of Euphorbia esula of 0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.8 g/L concentrations for 48 h, the apoptosis rates were 5.33%±0.67%, 15.53%±0.15%, 21.42%±1.01%, 46.57%±1.76%, respectively.Compared with the former, the lat-ter was higher, all P〈0.05.Conclusion Extracts of Euphorbia esula can inhibit apoptosis of the A549 cells by inhibition of cell proliferation.
